How do I Register with the Practice?

New arrivals in our practice area (see the Practice Area Map) are welcome to register with us. Although you will be registered with a specific doctor, you are free to consult any of the doctors or nurses within the practice. You and your family will be asked to fill in a questionnaire and to see a nurse for a new patient health check, within one month of registering at the surgery. We strongly advise you to take advantage of this opportunity as it helps us to treat you before your medical notes arrive.
